Math Dept Suck

So I am going to tell you about my day. So I arrived to class and took my set. Dr. H didn't make it there yet so I started chatting with my classmates. Only 2 of 7 students arrived as of yet. Enters Dr. H and two other students. When he came in with the other students I knew that they were college algebra students. ( Every sense the beginning of the semester he was always comparing the college algebra students with the linear algebra students.) When he confirmed that they were college algebra students, I went off- well my version of going off. I stopped him and made said " You offend me. You insult my intelligence. I just want you to be aware of this." He said, " I not saying that you are not capable. It just take time to read. You may have the ability; it may be latent......" In my head I was thinking 'Is he trying to say that I don't read. I have a 4.0. I didn't get it just from paying attention in class. Half the time I never pay attention.' I guess because of my facial expression he didn't think that I understood so he preceded to define the word latent. I stopped him before he could finish the definition and said, " I know what latent mean. I just want you to be aware that you have insulted my intelligence once again. I just want you to be aware of that." With that, I shut my mouth. He preceded to try to teach -which was a bunch of nothing. Like a minute later, he had the nerve to asked me what deductive means? I said, "I choose not to answer." He continue to teach nothing for the rest of the class period and that was it. I going to drop this course. I just wasted the last $300 and something dollars with his nonsense.
