Asian Nachos - A Copycat
Hey yall!
In my travels, I’ve dined in the charming coffee shop Stirred Catering and Coffee. If you are ever in that town, check them out. Anywho on Fridays, they have this dish call Asian Nachos. It’s delicious. In the back of my mind though, I thought it tasted like something that I’ve had before. Then, it came to me. It tasted like Jack Daniel’s Pulled Chicken. So, I decided to make it at home. It’s super simple.
You buy this Jack Daniels and some coleslaw mix. Mix it together and you're done. Don’t mix the entire bag of coleslaw though. You just eyeball that. I normally mix enough coleslaw to the point that the BBQ sauce coats it, but it isn’t dry. I also like to mix in some Tostitos chips too.
I separate it all out into 4 servings. It is about 300 calories and perfect for a quick snack. Yum! You should try it.
If you want it to be a bit sweeter though, buy Jack Daniel's Honey Pulled Chicken. I've made this first with that and I like it a bit better.
