 As a public service announcement, never lose your backup codes. If possible don’t turn it on. Instead, create a 20-50 long complex password and have your devices save them. Also, sign up for a password manager like Last Pass. Some companies are short staffed and may not be able to help resolve your account blunder as soon as you would like. Also, don’t get mad at the company when you are the one that didn’t keep up with your backup keys. They are doing exactly what is needed to keep your data safe.😔
